David Silverman is an accomplished financial markets executive, investor, and entrepreneur with more than four decades of experience in trading, financial technology, and market infrastructure.

Most recently, David served as Head of Corporate Development at tZERO Group, a blockchain-based financial technology company.

Previously, he spent ten years with Final Israel, a leading Israeli algorithmic trading firm, where he focused on foreign exchange and fixed-income opportunities. He also served as the founding CEO of Alpha Trading, Final’s U.S. broker-dealer.

Earlier in his career, David was a member and shareholder of the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. He served four terms on the CME Board of Directors and contributed to several of the exchange’s major strategic developments, including the transition to electronic trading, the expansion of its foreign exchange and fixed-income activities, and its transformation into a publicly traded company.

David has been involved with Random Forest since the launch. In addition to investing in the firm’s funds, he has supported its fundraising efforts in the United States and brings extensive relationships across the financial, investment, and technology communities.
